About Qiddiya
Qiddiya will be a disruptive destination city recognized on the world stage as the home of the most innovative and immersive experiences. The giga-project will be a vibrant and livable destination city based on the pillars of entertainment, sports, and culture.
Family-friendly theme parks, sports arenas suitable for international competitions, concert and entertainment venues, and outdoor activities are just some of the attractions being developed. Qiddiya will also include a variety of real estate options and community services.

Facts about this initiative:
- Qiddiya is located southwest of Riyadh on a site that spans 376 square kilometers.
- It is being developed by the Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC), which was incorporated in 2018 and is wholly owned by PIF.
- The giga-project is creating a cultural, sports and entertainment destination to improve the quality of life for Saudi Arabia’s residents and elevate its capital to become one of the world’s top 10 city economies.
- The Six Flags Qiddiya theme park will be home to Falcon’s Flight – the world’s longest, tallest and fastest coaster.
- In 2022, Qiddiya awarded an SAR 2.8 billion contract to develop the region’s biggest water park and the first within Saudi Arabia.
