Dan Company signs agreement with Hilton to operate first three resorts in Al-Ahsa, Saudi Arabia

• PIF-owned Dan Company’s partnership with Hilton set to attract visitors looking to connect with nature
• The 1.8 million-square-meter master development is located in an area that is home to Al-Ahsa Oasis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site
• The agreement is in line with PIF’s mandate to diversify Saudi Arabia’s economy by growing key sectors such as tourism

PIF-owned Dan Company, which specializes in agritourism, ecotourism, and adventure tourism, has signed an agreement with Hilton to operate three resorts in Al-Ahsa, located in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province.

The three properties include Al-Ahsa Agritourism Resort, LXR Hotels & Resorts; Al-Ahsa Eco Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton; and Al-Ahsa Adventure Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton. These resorts will be situated on a 1.8 million-square-meter master development surrounded by lush farmland in an area that is home to the largest date palm oasis in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Al-Ahsa Oasis. 

The resorts are set to contribute towards creating a leading farm-based tourism destination in the heart of Al-Ahsa, drawing visitors looking to connect with nature and enjoy a wide range of experiences.
