With youth making up 78% of the total workforce in Saudi Arabia, they play a crucial role in achieving the sustainable economic and social development aims of Vision 2030, the nation’s transformation blueprint, Okaz reported.
Among its tools to empower Saudi citizens to contribute to building a long-term future, Vision 2030 has adopted the Human Capability Development Program.
PIF is considered one of the most significant contributors to achieving the country’s goals of empowering youth and enhancing their participation in creating a better, sustainable future, the media outlet noted.
PIF’s Academy aims to develop the professional capabilities of employees and youth by offering a variety of academic and professional courses and programs that keep pace with the labor market trends in Saudi Arabia and its current and future requirements, in partnership with a number of specialized international academic institutions.
Meanwhile, PIF’s Graduate Development Program provides a unique opportunity to develop the skills and capabilities of recent graduates through its partnerships with leading international universities. The program ensures that graduates gain the latest knowledge and technologies in various specializations to qualify them to compete in the local and global labor market.
